Never have I used a 'pit' toilet that has not stunk to high heaven before. Also, walking through the campground there was not a cigarette butt or soda can pull tab or twist tie on the ground. Very surprising. The hosts kept this campground very clean and enjoyable for our group. I was surprised to find this 'little peace of Heaven' here in such a busy area.

Beautiful scenery, spotless campground and bathrooms. Most relaxing two days of my life! Dave is wonderful! Can't wait til next year. Pure solitude.

Quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Sites are well separated by trees, but still open enough to see the clear Wyoming sky! Situated on a small lake, with a boat launch next to the campground, and less than an hour away from Grand Teton National Park! Much faster if you don't mind driving a very bumpy road to get here; I don't have a 4WD but got to the edge of the park in about 20 minutes.

I'm here on a Friday at the end of August, and the 22 official sites plus a few overflow sites weren't full until evening.

A very nice alternative to the very crowded campgrounds within the park!

Great spot of the beaten path from GTNP. Beautiful Gros Ventre area. Not a ton of buffer between spots but they are spaced nicely with bear boxes. A few are pretty close to water. Very peaceful, especially in the shoulder seasons (pics were in November). I recommend it.

Beautiful and dog friendly

The only other thing that makes this less than perfect is that you can't see the range -but gorgeous views are only a five minute drive away.

Thanks so much
